Check-In Policy

  • ID and valid credit card required at check-in
  • Minimum age: 21
  • Credit card will be authorized for the full amount of the stay, including tax
  • Cash is not accepted at check-in

Non-Smoking Policy

  • This hotel is 100% non-smoking
  • Includes vaping
  • No marijuana, regardless of medical approval
  • $250 cleaning fee and probable eviction if violated
  • Tampering with smoke detectors or fire prevention devices will result in immediate eviction without refund , and charges for any necessary repairs

• Pet Policy

  • We offer specific dog-friendly rooms
  • When booking online, make sure the room is designated as Pet Friendly
  • If not booked correctly, we may not be able to accommodate your pet at check-in
  • All pets must be registered at check-in
  • Unregistered pets or pets in non-pet rooms will incur a minimum $250 cleaning fee and may result in eviction without refund

• Housekeeping Policy

  • As we want your stay with us to be as undisturbed as possible, housekeeping is provided by request only
  • For multi-night stays, we provide service every 3 days
  • To request housekeeping, contact the front desk by 10:00 PM the night before
  • Dial “0” from your guest room phone or text (570) 524-5500 with your name and room number
  • Guests must be out of the room while housekeeping is in service
  • If you do not want housekeeping to enter your room at all, please place the Do Not Disturb sign on your door
  • Note: We reserve the right to enter any guest room for safety, maintenance, or cleanliness—even if a Do Not Disturb sign is displayed

• Lost & Found Policy

  • All found items are tagged with the date, room number, item description, and who found the item
  • Guests will not be contacted about found items unless deemed necessary by the Manager on Duty (e.g., medications, medical devices, or items of significant monetary/sentimental value)
  • Unclaimed items are held and disposed of as follows:
  • Valuable items (jewelry, money, credit cards, laptops, phones): kept for 6 months
  • Non-valuable items (clothing, umbrellas, costume jewelry, toiletries without leak risk): kept for 3 months
  • Food/beverages and leaky toiletries: disposed of same day
  • Return shipping costs are the guest’s responsibility

• Courtesy Policy

  • Our goal is to provide a safe, quiet, and comfortable stay for all guests. We enforce our Courtesy Policy at all times:
  • Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
  • Running is not permitted in hallways
  • Please refrain from loud voices in hallways
  • Avoid slamming doors or loud knocking
