Is breakfast included in my stay?

Complimentary breakfast is available in the Hospitality room off the main lobby on the second floor. Breakfast hours are from 6:30am to 9:30am daily.

Is The Inn at Lewisburg pet friendly?

We accept pets only in designated pet friendly rooms (Rooms 130-137). A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for violation of this policy. For more information visit our Policies page.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 2pm

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 11am

Can I check in early or stay later?

Early check-in and late departures are subject to hotel availability upon request and may incur additional fees. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about availability.

What is the housekeeping policy?

As we want your stay with us to be as undisturbed as possible, we are only providing housekeeping upon your request. For multi-night stays, we will provide service every 3 days.

Can I have mail delivered to the hotel?

The hotel will accept mail packages for registered and arriving guests. Please ensure all packages have your name clearly marked and your name is listed on the reservation. Mail and packages sent to the hotel to a name not listed in our system will be refused.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies on room reservations vary by rate type, reservation source and event. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for details or call the hotel to confirm the cancellation policy on your reservation.

Does the hotel allow pool parties

We do not allow pool parties. Our pool is reserved for use by registered guests only. Outside guests are not allowed in the pool area.

Can I rent the Terrace for a private event?

Yes! Our terrace is available for private bookings. Please contact our Sales Manager, Lana Wagner for more information.

I left something at the hotel, how do I get it back?

Please contact the hotel to confirm we have located your missing item. We will provide instructions on purchasing and emailing a flat rate shipping label to us and we will pack up and send the item to you. Alternatively you may arrange to have someone pick up the item on your behalf. For more information on our Lost & Found policy, please visit our Policies page.

Do you offer parking for a bus or large truck?

Complimentary parking for motorcoaches and trucks is located in the rear parking area on the West side of the building.

Do you offer group discounts if I am booking multiple rooms?

We offer group rates on blocks of 10 or more rooms based on availability. Please contact our Sales Manager, Lana Wagner for more information.
